Ollie serves as a specialist in client experience and digital transformation. Based in the United Kingdom, his professional experience spans project management, client lifecycle and relationship management in companies that include Amazon, Deutsche Bank and State Street. He has held leadership positions such as Luxembourg Head of Onboarding & Account Management at the European Depositary Bank, Global Head of Onboarding for Apex Group's Digital Banking product and more recently acting Head of Client Solutions at OneCollab. Ollie holds a Bachelor's Degree (Honours) in Business Economics from Portsmouth Business School and an MBA from Sacred Heart University.
